Fit for Life - All Access Pass

The Fit For Life - All Access Pass grants you unlimited faculty & staff fitness classes throughout the quarter! Fit for Life classes are led by our nationally-certified fitness instructor. The program is designed specially for the needs of campus employees. Learn how to recognize existing imbalances in your body and corrective exercise strategies as you train! Classes include intermediate to advanced level strength, cardiovascular, core, and flexibility training.

 

Fit for Life - Circuit

Designed with faculty, staff, and retirees in mind, this circuit class focuses on strength and cardiovascular combinations utilizing resistance and cardiovascular machines. Come learn how to use each machine with the guidance of a nationally certified personal trainer.

 

Fit for Life - Group Cycle

Fit for Life - Group Cycle is a faculty and staff indoor group cycling class led by a certified group cycle instructor.

 

Fit for Life - Strength & Mobility

This program is designed specifically for the needs of campus employees and retirees. You will learn how to recognize existing imbalances in your body and corrective exercise strategies as you train without even having to leave your office! Join us as we return this class back to campus.
